Capital One Arena
Nine Inch Nails is hitting up the nation's capital with this performance at the Capital One Arena on Wednesday, February 11th. The stop in DC is part of their "Peel it Back Tour." They're heavily leaning into the TRON movie theming, don't say we didn't warn you. Also, check the calendar, and you'll find that not a lot of high-profile rock bands in general are taking arenas by storm this year. All of this makes it a must-see performance!
Trent Reznor and the boys are going to be blasting music from the stage like you did from your parents' basement back in the '90s. The neon lights from the movie are also playing a role here to make sure DC gets a special rock night. You can be a part of it if you decide to click that "Buy Tickets" link right now. Spots are starting at $96.
The Peel it Back Tour is shaping up to be THE best rock performance of the year. You'll have a chance to see live renditions of some of your favorite Nine Inch Nails tracks, but at the same time, the band's bringing a brand new show that's got a ton of elements from their recent work with the TRON movie. All of this makes this concert a must-see even for people who aren't massive NIN fans. They just don't make rock like this anymore.
You gotta believe that at some point Nine Inch Nails will hit this DC crowd with "Closer" and "The Hand That Feeds." It's going to be really interesting to see how they weave the show. As mentioned, the TRON red neon lights are bound to be a part of the performance. You can also pencil in a live rendition of "As Alive As You Need Me To Be." The song from their latest release that's doing the best numbers on streaming platforms. Are they going to lean on TRON early and then move to the classics, or will they mix and match? It might be a good idea to block out the "noise" before making your way to the Capitol One Arena. Meaning, don't search for a setlist, don't look at videos from their previous stops. Come out here ready to be surprised and to have a blast with Nine Inch Nails tearing up the stage.
The floor or court area is going to give you the rock show experience, shoulder to shoulder with like-minded people, getting the music to blast through you! Now, it's also fair if you feel that being on your feet at least for most of the night is not what you want to be doing. From the stands, you could have a better vantage point to take in the visual elements of the show. The TRON neon lights covering the stage, for example. Sorry for overselling these! Make sure, though, that you find a spot that's going to offer that type of view.
You can find seats for this concert in DC for only $96 at the moment. Click the "Buy Tickets" link to grab yours today.
