It’s almost a bit tricky for Bruno Mars to release something new because of the sheer longevity of his songs, and the fact that he’s constantly receiving one award after another – it doesn’t feel like that long ago since “Just The Way You Are,” was constantly being played on the radio, and “Uptown Funk," still IS!!

“We wrote ‘24K Magic’ (the title track of the new album) when Uptown Funk was Number One,” Bruno Mars has admitted in interview. “So if you hear the same spirit in that song, that’s why. I’d say that it was always in the back of my mind when we were doing it. It was to get me to this record. It’s a bridge.”

Pretty amazing song for a “bridge”! We’re definitely not complaining. More of the same funky brilliance that’s launched a multi-platinum selling career? Yes please!!
